Antipsychotic Reduction in LTC
Course Description
This on-demand training will review antipsychotic drug classifications and their typical use in long-term care settings. Discussion will focus on the federal regulation background for psychotropic prescribing and administration in LTC and recommend best practices for patient-centered care planning to include implementation of strategies for non-pharmacological interventions and gradual dose reductions.

Speaker Bio
Megan Myers, PharmD, is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with Telligen.
