This on-demand program certifies participants to serve as an Assisted Living Manager in the state of Iowa, meeting the training requirements outlined in Iowa Administrative Code 481—69.29(1). It is designed for individuals who are either preparing to become an assisted living manager or who have been serving in the role for six months or less and still need to complete a Department of Inspections, Appeals and Licensing (DIAL)-approved training program.
