While individual acts of lateral violence can appear relatively harmless, they create a toxic environment that takes a toll on employees’ morale, hindering the success of the healthcare institutions for which they work. This eye-opening presentation will define lateral workplace violence and provide participants with tips and approaches to minimize the potential for lateral workplace violence to occur.
