Understanding the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act

Webinar Description

The EEOC recently issued regulations to assist employers in complying with the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. While the statute itself referenced the ADA/ADAAA there are a number of changes in the regulations which broaden what most employers would think of as the standard accommodation process.  This webinar will focus on those changes as well as practical steps to take for compliance.
